Delivery Policy

Shipping/Delivery Timelines

Subject to availability, ParTea Time aims to ship all goods ordered by the customer within 2 working days or sooner, of receipt of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. If an urgent delivery is required please contact us. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of order contract.

Shipping Charges

For orders of AED 200 or over
We offer free delivery within UAE for orders of AED 200 or over.

For orders under AED 200
Standard delivery to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman – AED 10/order.
All other Emirates – AED 30/order.

Order Pickup

We are more than happy for customers to pickup the goods from our premises. If you wish to use this option please choose so while placing the order. Kindly coordinate with us for a mutually convenient time for pickup.

International Shipping

We are more than happy to send our products to other areas. For delivery costs outside the United Arab Emirates, please contact us for a quote.

Non-shipment of goods

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation.

Damaged Goods

All our products are packed carefully in appropriate packaging. But, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or are not as those requested, please contact us within 24 hours and return the items to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. In case the goods are not to your satisfaction we would gladly offer an exchange or a refund. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 2 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 7 days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Unless you notify us within 2 working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all original packaging and in original condition at your own cost. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation and receipt of the returned goods.
