DELIVERY INFORMATION

Subject to availability, ParTea Time aims to ship all goods ordered by the customer within 2 working days or sooner, of receipt of payment. Our standard delivery to Dubai, and to the rest of the United Arab Emirates is AED 25 inclusive of postage and packing. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. If a more urgent delivery is required please contact us. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation. If there is no one to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left by the courier company. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of order contract. We are more than happy to send our products to other areas. For delivery costs outside the United Arab Emirates, please contact us for a quote. 
We are also open to customers picking up the goods from our premises. If you wish to use this option please choose so while placing the order. Kindly coordinate with us to ensure a mutually convenient time for pickup. 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In case the goods are not to your satisfaction we would gladly offer an exchange or a refund. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules. 
Unless you notify us within three working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation. 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

All our products are packed carefully in appropriate packaging. But, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or are not as those requested, please contact us within 24 hours and return the items to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund.
